Delete your Convert with Convertly data

Convert with Convertly has no accounts, and your documents are never uploaded to us. Almost everything the app stores is on your phone, and you can delete it yourself at any time.

Delete files in the app

1. Open the app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete converted files to remove every converted file, or delete single files in the Files tab.
3. Tap Clear cache to remove temporary copies of shared files, scans and cloud downloads.

Files you saved to your Downloads or Pictures folder, or shared with other apps, are outside Convertly. Delete them in your Files or Photos app.

Disconnect cloud storage

1. Open the Cloud tab and tap Disconnect for Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive. This removes the sign-in from your phone.
2. To also revoke the app’s access on the provider’s side, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, dropbox.com/account/connected_apps or account.live.com/consent/Manage.

Convertly only ever had read access, so nothing in your cloud storage was changed and nothing there needs deleting.

Delete everything at once

Uninstall the app, or go to Android Settings → Apps → Convert with Convertly → Storage → Clear storage. This permanently removes all converted files, your saved signature, cloud sign-ins and settings from the phone.

Usage statistics and crash reports

Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics collect usage statistics and crash reports under a random ID, not your name or email address (see the Privacy Policy). They are deleted automatically: usage statistics after up to 14 months, and crash reports after up to 90 days. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage resets the random ID, so new data is no longer linked to the old data.

If you want us to delete this data sooner, email us:

1. Send an email to khappscollection@gmail.com with the subject Convertly data deletion request.
2. Because there are no accounts, tell us the approximate date you last used the app and your phone model, so we can find the data.
3. We reply to confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
